plus 5 minute tredmill 3.0 warm up and noticed i forgot to put in set leg curl 3sets 12rep 15 lbs ..plus 15min tredmill at the end .. was at the gym aprox. an hour and 30 minutes .. I really like when no one is there i can set up my weights ans hit it hard

I also forgot to change chest press from 70 to 80.. After I did a full set I was able to do 6 at 90 so figured 80 would be good for the rest of the sets

Yes my iron pumper, 80 would be to make your 10 count.

I spoke to my mom last night about the gym. Seems that lifting heavier runs in the family. She said when she was lifting they started her at 150 and she almost launched the weights. Hehe and she had to go up to 270-300. I really think I could have since I did 30 reps on the last set and could have done more. I was waiting on the good treadmill.

Omg, Your mom benching 300..my best is 225 when I've had my oats. l've only seen one person bench 350 and he was big.your must have brutes for DNA but you'll get there my iron pumper.l truly believe in you.

This was leg presses.. Not bench presses. I can do 90 for 6 reps. I was reeeeeeeaaallly tempted to try it on the 130 it was on when I sat at the machine... But I was just warming up

Ooooh got it, that makes more sense but you still have that tiger in you and be careful on pushing to much weight when your working lower weight's,you might could 300 but you'll pay later.That's how l screwed my thumb joint bad from trying to jump to 65lbs from my normal 45 doing peck flies.

Murf-have you noticed that I bump up reps usually before bumping weight. If I feel like I can do more I try to.. I am stubborn like that. Was a bit sore last night because of that, but today feel much better

Well a good rule of thumb is when you get to your last 5 count and your not straining then bump to a new weight increase but don't go hog wild.Remember what l said in the beginning my little iron pumper..it's not the huff and groan its the smooth flow and control of the excersize.

Murf- I booked though all of that in an hour and 15 minutes by the last round it was getting rough lol I wasn't grunting by any means... But the one I have to really push to get through is the shoulder press. The last round I could not for the life of me get the bar up for 11 and 12 .. I moved to the different grips on the machine that are "easier" and got the last 2 reps... That one is at the lowest poundage at 20 lol
