Holding steady. Still no dairy . . . still no weight loss.
At least it's not a weight *gain.*
Something is going on here. Don't know why the weight came on so fast, but it just won't come off! As a roller-coaster dieter from way back, this is particularly upsetting. (No, I don't want to get back on the roller coaster. But I'm not able to budge the scale downward AT ALL, and I'm at a loss as to what may be going on here. Zero cheating. Zero!)
Haven't added regular exercise to the routine, and I know I'm more sedentary than I was a year ago (for a number of reasons). Don't think that fully explains it -- seems like water weight, but the traditional things I've done to counteract that haven't done a thing. But exercise always makes things work more efficiently, so it certainly couldn't hurt.
Plan to try regular walking. Used to do a lot, and enjoyed. Could probably do a lot more, but I know myself too well: If it's too much and too different, I won't do it for long. So I'll start here, doing something I know I can commit to, and see if it helps.
