Fat Secret - 180211

I had planned to go to my father's house. The weather, however, had other ideas. I went out to my car, and there was a quarter inch of ice all the way around. I thought my steps were wet. They are metal catwalk material, so I didn't notice that the wetness was Ice. I have seen sleet before, but not here.


I did not go out today. The sad thing is, that I had no food in the house. I was supposed to eat out today and shop tomorrow. I cannot even go to the grocery store with the roads the way they are. I have food. I simply do not like any of it! So, I made eggs plain. I defrosted some beef, and cooked it in hot sauce. Food was not exciting today
