3 years ago i was at my second highest of 185 pounds and im 5'2 . im 120 now and i still exercise and do my best to eat healthy. i look back on my weight journal and I'm so proud of myself! it can be done! be patient, keep going, keep motivated, please don't give up! im not saying its easy but u cant quit! look in the mirror that is your competition! i heard that saying on a YouTube. i love it because it's true! it not just about weight loss, it's being healthy, having more energy , feeling good about yourself. keep at it , a year from now u will be closer to your goal or at your goal! whatever u do dont give up!
