I worked out pretty well and I did a decent job of increasing my water and keeping up with my calories. I do wish that I would drop the pounds a little faster!

Mfeddington, the moment you stop thinking about what you are doing and how fast the weight is falling, it will happen. Sometime I think that thinking about it makes my body too tense to let it go. Could be my imagination, but when I started thinking about it less and just made it a part of my regular routine, things started happening. When I hit my plateau for almost 3 months I couldn't think of anything else (secretly stressing overit), then all of a sudden I started to lose again. I was so consumed with the scale that I wasn't paying a whole lot of attention to the inches that were still falling off. Keep doing what your doing and enjoy yourself every day.

Be happy that the scale is going down! It looks like we are in the same boat - Hovering above 220. Good luck getting into the 2teens!
