What a good night I had at bowling last night. I bowled really well and so did my hubby. The couple we bowled against were fun. They beat us by 10 pins the first game. We had to spot them 5 pins, so we were bowling pretty even. My hubby and I came back and won the next two games.
I fasted on Slimfast Advanced nutrition all day yesterday and coffee and diet soda. I know I need to drink more water. If I got up once last night to go to the bathroom, I got up 10 times! I wish I had a stronger bladder.
