Dinner! 9 oz mixed veg (peppers, onions, and mushrooms), 4 oz crock pot salsa chicken, and 2 oz avocado. Delicious! And I am vehemently NOT LOW CARB, however both my dietician and my common sense suggest ONE meal a day of only lean meat and veggies! :)
