I decided to eat, then I wanted more food four hours later. I cooked more beef with too much of the hot sauce I made on it. Adding most of the celery that was sprouting didn't help much, but at least I stopped choking on the fire in my throat. Ah,sweet endorphins are now flooding though my system.

We eat spicy hot foods because they make us feel good. Also, no self respecting germ would dare to live in that stuff! Antibiotic herbs include (but are not limited to) cayenne, garlic, ginger, clove, thyme, oregano, basil, and sage. Most people think that they just make food taste good!

Remember the saying, "Time heals all wounds." It is a pun. Thyme also heals all wounds. Yes, I grow my own thyme.
