I went ahead and weighed myself this morning. Yesterday I almost gave up and I needed a good reason to keep going. WELL this was definately it!!!

115.9 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg. Still to go: 36.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 6.0 kg a Week

Wow! Sounds like you made the right choice. Hang in there, it's tough but as you can see the results are worth it!

Don't feel bad! I wanted to quit today and went and weighed myself and I lost 4 lbs in 4 days, so I'm going to keep on truckin....
