I went ahead and weighed myself this morning. Yesterday I almost gave up and I needed a good reason to keep going. WELL this was definately it!!!

Day 5 is off to a great start. I woke up feeling refreshed. So far I haven't had any naughty cravings. lol I think my biggest downfall is geting into a normal eating schedule. I try to eat least 4 times a day but it's still not regularly. Keeping my fingers crossed that today stays easy

UGHH!!! Day 4 and yest another cheat. I'm not gonna give up cause for the majority of it I am eating better, and if I give up I'm go all the way to where I was. Took my kids to the movie and yet again had some popcorn, but even less then last time, snuck a few bottle caps, and a few sips of rootbeer. UGH what a waste. I've decided that one small sweet every other day is not gonna kill me and I'm not gonna give up!It's amazing how much junk I realize now that I used to eat. I'm for the most part eating healthier though which I think is the main point of this diet to mentally do it. I'm also thinking about trying EFS since it's a little different. We'll see.

Day 3 actually hasn't been that bad. The hunger pains are easing up. I didn't stick to eating every 3 hours today, because I was exhausted from being up so late and had a nap. No real cheats today cept for a SIP of koolaid to curb over the sweet tooth and the craving to eat a cookie with my kids for dessert. I'm trying sio hard and I need to stop the cheating myself.
Day 3:
Cantaloupe
Vanilla yogurt
Banana
Butter beans, celery, carrots, green beans, mushrooms w/ seasoning simmered in low sodium chicken broth (drained before eating)
Grapes
Salad w/ light ranch dressing
late night snack will probably be lowfat yogurt with some more grapes before they go bad.
