I have been really really tired this week - Any ideas? I am eating enough protein and following my food diary well. Exercising every day - but not to the extreme that I should be this tired!

Oh yes - I have hypothyroid but the numbers are normal and I am on medication for many years!

Ahhhhh! I have test sat for the same thing. always active, under caloric intake & still gained & wiped-out tired. There's very high allergen counts out right now, maybe your body's way of fighting them?

Oh - that can be it! The pollen is very high here - like white floaty things in the air all the time! I bet you are right!

sometimes allergies are so bad they can actually give you a fever too!

DairyKing - LOL, good question. It SEEMS like I sleep enough but maybe the quality is lacking.
