Mid Jan. and I thought I would be the sub 300. Not again. Seems I should just copy and paste it everyweek. Not going to stop. Going to walk twice a day to start. Not into going to the gym.
137.8 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 28.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
