I am so sick. I ate a whooping 2392 calories today because I felt sorry for myself. It started with a heavy breakfast and then my kids wanted burgers for dinner. We got fast food junk and I was so tired I didn't want to make myself something when I got home. I wish I had. I feel so sick and bloated. I know, I know I just need to chalk it up as a loss and move on but right now I just feel so mad at myself. I have been so good too. Yes I will be back on it tomorrow for sure. Yuck.
