Don't want to weigh in yet. I have been sick over the weekend and only wanted to eat comfort food. I still tried to eat in moderation, but greatly enjoyed my old foods--pizza, big juicy cheeseburgers, chocolate milkshakes, pop, chocolate chip cookie dough. I also greatly dropped my water intake over the weekend, so I'm trying to get back into that.
I am taking alavert and sudafed, so hopefully I can get these allergies/sinuses under control and start feeling myself again soon!! I really want to start walking again, and get back to exercising on the Wii. I've just been tired, and my congested head makes it hard to concentrate...or care!!
