I have had two bad weeks and put on 10 pounds afer losing more then 140 pounds. I can not go back there and need to get this under control before I get on the wrong path of over eating agian. I just need to get a grip now and not another 20 more pounds from now. So mad, why cant we all just be thin and healthy all the time?

Oh, you are adorable! And, did a great job committing to losing more than 140 pounds! Knocking out a 10 pound weight loss will be a breeze for you! Just focus on how well you have done and that you know what to do. I bet you have inspired many people. Don't beat yourself up! Just go back to basics - move (exercise) more than what you take in (eat). Good luck! HCB
