These last 6 pounds to my goal are holding on for dear life upping my exercise they better go soon.

Don't "up" it so much that you build muscle and the scale goes the wrong way - try more aerobic (versus strength training) - get the heart rate up and avoid any 'soreness'... let your metabolism speed up a bit as a result. My two cent's worth.

I should’ve said I increased my cardio.

I am still doing some strength exercises and tmi but I’m pretty sure a pound or two was some digestive issues. Feeling better today.
