I splurged and had them add the cheese 4 carbs in that stuff but it's good

It's Arby's. A roast beef sandwich (no bun) on a side salad. I usually get the turkey farm house salad .. I really wish they did a roast beef farm house salad, because the only options are turkey and fried chicken.... There aren't a lot of good options for lunch out around here. I need to get on the prep ball, but usually when I am I have people at home eating my prep 😒
