Hanging in there. Held steady over Thanksgiving - going to up the exercise this month and paid for a trainer once a week. I now have a new metrics measuring belt, so my trainer gets notified if I exercise with it on. He has asked me to make sure to work out at least one other time during the week, and I am also trying to remember to wear the belt to dance so I can track the calorie burn from that. Happy Friday!
