Did not feel well yesterday. Went for one of our long walks/hikes and had to turn around and head home as I had no energy at all and felt all stiff. Spent the evening in hot tub and parked on the sofa, slept till 10 AM, which is so not typical for me, and now feel better. Did not feel like a cold, more like allergy, though I cannot figure out to what. I ate same food as usually. There was a lot of stuff flying in the air in the park, as everything is blooming, I did not even want to go at all, as I was afraid I would have problems with breathing again. May be it was still an allergic reaction, only it was more general and affected the joins a muscles more than my lungs.

Trying to experiment with coconut oil in coffee. I found that while I don't like coconut oil any other way I can still have it in my black coffee. I read about adding it to coffee many times, but could not make myself try it fo years. To my great surprise, this is the only way I am OK with eating it. I do not like cooking with it, as it changes the taste of my food. I absolutely cannot eat it plain. In coffee I actually don't taste it much. In general I found that I feel less hungry around noon and can have my lunch later. On the negative side, I run out of calories by the evening, feel hungry around 8-9 PM and get to or over 100% RDI, and still do not lose weight. I reduced the amount from 1 tablespoon to 1 teaspoon, but it kind of defeats the purpose.
