Happy to have found the journal and finally understanding it fairly well. I have rededicated myself! I have joined some new groups, and hope the spring, and the sunlight will inspire us all. I keep running to the computer to write down the food, push myself to actually eat, and yes to making best choice that I possibly can. Also pushing myself to move more and to actually step on the treadmill that's located by the T.V! Let's all try hard cause we can't hide with our coats pretty soon, no more!
