its been over 6 weeks and i still havent lost a pound what to do im starting to hate cooking or eating and everything else in life... so tired of dieting forever with nothing to show...

walk every day too old and my knees hurt to do a lot of exercise any solutions??? anyone... i need motivating people in my life but dont have any friends or family who care so i guess its just me and god and he wants me this way i guess....

i smile on sunshine days and try to do better..

Too many carbs,try cutting back on carbs add more protein,like eggs,fish,meat.
