Whoo! In spite of eating more than my RDA, and working graveyard shifts, I am finally losing weight again! Eating low carb, my energy levels have remained high, and I am not suffering from the roller coaster of craving carbs / insulin spikes / sugar crashes. My energy levels are high, and my mood bright, even at the end of shift. I love it! I do need to exercise more, but my job is currently giving me enough activity to help out too.
