I haven't told any members of my family that I decided to adopt a Keto lifestyle. When I get down enough, do the medical tests again, then I'll tell them what I decided as a lifestyle. I prefer to present myself with evidence rather than endure criticism for ignorance lol. / no le he dicho a ningún miembro de mi familia que decidí adoptar un estilo de vida keto. Cuando haya bajado lo suficiente, me haga de nuevo los análisis medicos, entonces les diré lo que decidí como estilo de vida jajaja. prefiero presentarme con pruebas antes que aguantar críticas por ignorancia jajaja

For various reasons I don't do keto but I know lots of people on here have had wonderful success with it and it's cured many of their ailments. Good idea to tell your family when you have the evidence that it's working for you. Have a lovely weekend.
