40 minutes on the elliptical

finally put a pic up for profile, everyone is so open on the forum i figured i should stop hiding behind an avatar or comic ...

anyway, also reviewing pics for before and after shots ... man, we fellas can sure pack in the belly fat. hope to post those soon, probably need a recent one as i think i am making some progress.
