Yes, it is Sunday, October 1st. We have a beautiful fall day going on and I feel great. I have to brag about my non scale victory. We went out for breakfast after church and I had the 2 eggs and bacon breakfast. I gave the toast to my husband and didn't eat the hash-browns that came with it. I love toast and hash-browns, it was a sacrifice, but now I feel really good about doing it. After that the rest of the day will be easy.
