I am off to a good start. Yesterday I snapped my rubber band wrist reminder every time I wanted something else to eat. It is like a kick in the Butt, which is what I need on a daily basis, even hourly. The craving is subsiding and I am still feeling good about myself. Cool weather is making me hungry for soup and I will make some chili with green beans substituting for chili beans. I love the low carb WOE and it is satisfying to have something hot on a cool day. I also make a good vegetable soup with turnips in lieu of potatoes, but today I am opting for chili. Stay with your program and indulge in the good results you see.
