A bit more number crunching:

Over the last nine month I had an average burn of 2500kcal per day according to my fitbit!!?? So I think I am certainly busy enough. But obviously I have been eating way too much.
I have started recording my food again, at least for now, to become more aware of portions. I definitely prefer to eat 200grams of carrots from my garden for 80kcal compared to the 1 tsp of oil. But then again I need fat in my diet to absorb the vitamins.

Yesterday went pretty well until friends came over in the evening. It was very relaxed and enjoyable to sit done and chat, BUT I didn't need the 3 small glasses of white wine. Ce la vie. Noted and lesson learned. MAybe ;)

LB is out tonight playing skittles. Thursdays are usually my weekly shopping day. But can I be bothered today? Instead I could attend another training session with James.....

After a 'lazy' (recovery) day yesterday, yoga is on the agenda for sure.

Happy Thursday :)

Well, I don't think a drop of wine hurts when you have friends over. If you do the training session it would soon burn the extra calories off, I think.

I'm not convinced of the relative accuracy of my fitbit compared with the accuracy of the food recording here - but at least they're consistent. I work on the grounds that as long as I have a fairly substantial daily deficit, I should lose.
