Good Morning my fellow Mathematicians :)

I didn't weigh for roughly 20 month = 600 days isch.
I gained 18.5 Pound multiply that by 3500kcal = 64750kcal.

Yikes. That sounds an awful lot of surplus calories consumed.

BUT over 20 month/ 600days it is only 108kcal per day surplus.

How easy is it to consume 100kcal extra here and there?

I still need to look into my average burn per day, which is quite high according to my fitbit. Shall I trust that little bugger?? ;)

After lunch yesterday I did my Day 11 of yoga revolution with Adrienne.
Then I had to hang around and wait for a parcel to be delivered. Took that brief period to check the dogs and 'only' found 6 buried in and 1 crawler. Pesky, nasty little things!!!
Parcel came within 5 minutes of the alloted 1 hr delivery slot = great customer service.
Loaded the dogs up and took them down to our pheasant pen. Found 2 dead :(.
1 had no head, probably killed by a buzzard, the other one probably had hexemita :(. *sigh*

Took the muppets for a gentle stroll round the field. Even my little girl is getting better. Although being a proper spaniel, she can't multitask. Either her nose is working or her ears. So trying to reign her back in when she has picked up on a scent is not easy!!!

By the time I got back LB was back from visiting his mum and we had time for a cup of coffee and catching up on our day before I got changed to workout with James. 'only' Kettlebells and TRX. I started with 2 10kg bells but when I saw the other Lady pick up the 12's my competivive self came out. I wouldn't try to compete with James as he uses 28 or 32kg bells. MAD!!!
I misjudged the bells and wacked myself in the eyebrow during a press. Ouch. Wearing my glasses today so the guys can't see the swelling. They certainly wouldn't let it go that easy ;)

I don't trust any of the devices or online calculations for calorie burn but exercise is good for you anyway - well it is when you don't wack yourself in the eye with the equipment! Hope the swelling soon goes down. Sorry about the pheasants. Have a good day 🙂

OK, I'll own up, I did have a wee giggle at you hitting yourself with the kettlebell. I'm pure evil when it comes to laughing at mis-haps (and fart jokes to be honest). Sorry, I don't think I'm cut out for growing up 😂😂
