Day off from gym came and went ... back to it ... have no clue how I intend to mix it up today at the gym but know that I will run a bit, jump a bit, lift some heavy things, then do some low cardio work for a bit at the end. My primary goal is to make sure I am breathing very heavily and sweating buckets at the end of it ... then I will know I have worked.
