Now I feel better. Taking a stress test for cardio today and my weight dropped. I did a lot of "grazing" this week. Did a little extra walking but not enough. Headed back. I think 310 is a new low ... will check graphs. Thanks FS buddies for all your support. I see people are talking about KETO ... google here I come ...
