Got back from holidays Sunday! It's so good to sleep in my own bed!
I ate really well, mostly keto, until we passed a fruit stand, OMG! I had a peach, and a hand full of cherries! Heaven.
Then back to business, made keto fat bombs with homemade coconut cream condensed milk with stevia. The bomb!
Peanut butter, dark chocolate cups, held me and hubby in check, the rest of our vacation. Until we passed a Greek restaurant! Diamond taverna in Osoyoos! Greek salad, roasted lamb, calamari and baclava! The place was packed! I enjoyed this meal out so much, no guilt! I ate none or the rice, or lemon potatoe, or the pita bread, but I did use some mint sauce, and tzatziki!
Got home up 2 lbs, so worth it!
