Looks great - throw a bit of whipped cream on that :)

Almond coconut flour? I have never seen that. I have almond flour but not the combo or did you manually mix them together? Sounds delicious. I haven't had pancakes for quite a while.

When I'm doing the Atkins induction diet, whipped cream is what I go to for my desserts if I need something to curb sweet cravings. I whip it up and sprinkle a little cinnamon on it and there is my dessert! :-)

Katrina121- I did it a mix of both. I love coconut flour for the taste but it can make the pancakes pretty dry.

I had bought the almond and coconut flour a while ago and still haven`t done anything with it. I just hope it`s not too time consuming.
