I am thankful that the local dairy produces organic butter. My daughter, however, depends on Kerrygold where she lives. In other news, most dairy products cause me to overeat carbs. Therefore, I am reverting to lactose-free LCHF. Butter is OK, but sour cream, cream cheese, hard cheese, and cottage cheese are not safe around me. Goat cheese may be OK, but I still want to eat all of it.
Yesterday, I spent two hours in the dentist chair. Everything went well, but it was two freakin' hours! Everything I am eating has been and will be run through the blender until after the final procedure on the 20th.
