Yes, C for Chest. Proportionally, I suppose that is a good visual - I am still not satisfied. Still re-evaluating my strategy. I am satisfied with arms, chest, leg sizes - gotta shrink wrap the skin around everything. Thanks for your support. I think we'd all like to be lean like you. Everything slows in your 40's - beware. :)

Thank you for reminding me lol! Are you going to re think your meal plans? I read on body builders website that decreasing carbs is a way to decrease body fat. Those guys eat lons of proteins, good fats, and vegetables. Good luck with this! I'm sure you look great though...
