I think I am going to take up p90x3 again and perhaps go back to swimming. My swim team will think that they are seeing a ghost if I show up. I need to do something at home, but first I have to find out if I fractured my wrist or not.
I hope I can remain motivated even if it turns out that I will be doing all of my exercise in the pool.
