I'm having a hungry day, so I added an extra tablespoon of guacamole to my seasoned beef/lettuce/shredded cheese burrito bowl. If I'm still hungry in an hour I will fix myself an iced coffee with heavy whipping cream, but I prefer to use the fat stored on my body for energy if I'm not feeling hungry.
