A no weigh in journal entry just to update that I have changed my method of exercise back to just boxing to avoid the impact on my feet/legs.

I only weigh once per week. Even though I want to weigh in more. I just choose not to in order to avoid driving myself crazy. This journey takes will power in many areas so I choose this one too. I weigh in on the scale at my job and I only go into office twice a week so I may not have an official weigh in this week since I took off Friday to rest my foot. :/

I still exercise everyday though...

I now exercise using the Xbox Kinect boxing game. Much better for my feet/legs and burns more calories boxing rather than walking on my treadmill anyway. Shooting for 30 minutes although my first time yesterday only made it to 26 minutes, yes 26 -_- before I had to crash. lol. It's a start though...I love that game!

You are doing grwat!!! Keep it up and know that weighing in once a week worked for me. I weighed and still do weigh in on Wednesdays. I also strive for 150 minutes a week of exercise hoping to have done more. Know that 26 minutes is great, but don't over-push yourself. You can break up exercising to 10- minute increments so as long as you get at least 30 minutes in. You go, girl!!!!!

If you ever want to change up from the boxing, swimming laps is wonderful too.
