You are doing grwat!!! Keep it up and know that weighing in once a week worked for me. I weighed and still do weigh in on Wednesdays. I also strive for 150 minutes a week of exercise hoping to have done more. Know that 26 minutes is great, but don't over-push yourself. You can break up exercising to 10- minute increments so as long as you get at least 30 minutes in. You go, girl!!!!!
