Cardio Today 02/20/2010:

30 Minutes Elliptical interval heights, interval speeds - 350Cals

Reaffirming the idea that weighing in everyday yields ridiculously varied readings - after a night out with beers and fatty foods, weighed in 2 pounds less yesterday.

Then, consumed less than 1800 calories yesterday, ample water, healthy foods, two cardio workouts - 1 pound back on this AM.

Go figure. Once a week seems ample for weigh-ins and probably a more stable reading.

I was doing the same thing for a while, weighing every day, or even multiple times a day... your body varies so much with just water weight alone that you can't get a good reading daily. I've resisted the urge to weigh myself today and am trying to weigh myself once or twice a week at the most. Hope your scale loves you more tomorrow!

It is tough to resist - we all want to see progress for our hard work and discipline --- all for the love of the scale! :)
