Drank lots of water yesterday. No sweets. But I did eat a Chick-fil-A sandwich with the bun, and that was the worst thing I did, so not bad for me.

Not feeling deprived or particularly craving sugar right now. I can't start the 21 day detox bc our daughter is coming home for a 1 week visit soon and it will be impossible to not cheat since she's vegetarian with a heavy emphasis on breads and veggies. We'll just have to try hard not to OD on bread.

Definitely feeling much better already. Less bloat and no liver pain.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
