Have not been ready to work the last couple days. Still, got in 2.3 miles on the tread, 100 crunches, 65 push ups, and some free weights for the arms and shoulders. Just feel bloated though the last couple days.

That's such a yucky feeling.. I'm impressed that you still got a solid workout in! Hope you feel better soon..

Thanks! I started adding almonds and some beef jerky to my snacks, and I am thinking the sodium in the jerky may have something to do with it. Up 2.5 pounds this week and didn't change anything but those adds...

Yep - that definitely could be the culprit! Sodium and water retention..
