The weekend really flew by. I had a great no cheat weekend. Now I am going to have a great no cheat week. I hope all of my buddies did as well. With summer here almost our food moves toward the less heavy things like more salads and less stews. Grilling is great for lower fat and makes the high proteins even more palatable. And, don't we all love more fresh vegetables? Have a good week everyone.
