Today was my rest day and it was great. I split bfast at 1ish w dh, it was a pepper and egg sandwich with a side of Italian sausage, then had a prime rib Cobb salad at Denny's for dinner, no dressing of course. I didn't eat the shoe string potatoes and only ate two grape tomatoes. I hardly ate any of the romain as it was a little off, I should have ask for the kale or spinach 🙄I did not eat all the cheese but I sure did eat all the eggs, bacon, avocado and prime rib ;-) tomorrow starts week two of Body Beast I think it's chest and triceps again.
