Good morning Fat Secret buddies! I am happy today, my cookoo clock survived. I hung it back up last night and it started up right away, no harm done. I craved a little last night, but managed to overcome it. The more you can muster up the will power to say no to what you are craving, it actually makes you feel empowered to stay focused and on plan. I think this has done wonders for my attitude. We have a weekend coming up and need to plan right now to get through Saturday and Sunday with no major cheating. It is tough but we can do it.
