Last week I started using the Diet Calendar. It is very important that I record every little thing I put in my mouth. As I figured and knew I have to watch my snacking especially in the evenings.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
