Today, I've gotten back to the grindstone and restarted Induction. The difficult thing for me today is going to be that I have some sort of upper respiratory thing going on and I feel miserable but there is no time like the present so I am forging ahead.

I went grocery shopping yesterday and I have a lot of Atkins friendly food in the house. I even ate an Atkins supper last night just because I could! The hubster is going to go nuts that there are no potatoes in the house but it'll be OK!

As soon as I feel like i can breather without hacking up a lung, I am going to start walking. This 40 and 50 degree February weather needs to be taken advantage of.

Ready to roll! YEAH ATKINS!
