The benefit I get from doing a strong Cardio work-out in the morning is it allows my thoughts to sort out. I start the morning with overwhelm and then come out of the gym with a plan of action that over rides all the clutter that was so unorganized in my head. I need to mention how invigorating my morning shower feels after my work-out!

It is 9:30 AM and my tummy feels satisfied. I plan on having a glass of red wine and calling it a successful day this Saturday. TOWANDA!!!
