2nd circuit/weight training session with James today. He explained a bit about body mechanics and although mine is in need of tuning up and much repair there is hope for these neglected muscles. I am hoping my range of motion is better then last weekend. It is so amazing to me how it takes 20 minutes to break a sweat doing Cardio and with circuit/weight taking only a few reps! It is amazing how wonderful our bodies are and how they respond so quickly to T.L.C. TOWANDA!!!
