I ordered an air fryer. It arrived yesterday and I gave it a try today. Roasted some cauliflower. It was not exactly as expected, but good. Might work for me. I needed something for roasting vegetables. I hate to heat the oven to cook a small batch, plus all the cleaning afterwards. DH does not like roasted veggies so I just cook them for myself. Did not feel well this weekend, skipped exercise.

Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well. I hope you are better come the morning. I heard those air fryers are the bomb. I love roasted cauliflower but my husband doesn't. Something about the roasting gives him gas so I never get to roast that veggie because, like you, I hate to heat the oven for a small batch. Oddly enough, my husband WILL eat the dickens out of the roasted cauliflower at Moby's vegan restaurant in LA-Little Pine-but that's not exactly around the corner from us. :-)

My family and I loves cauliflower fried in a batter of eggs, flour, a little salt and black pepper. Very tasty. Even my husband who does not like vegetables, eating like this cooked.
