I lost another 1.5 lbs.! Before I reffed the game last night they offer to take your blood pressure I took it and it was 118/68 which is very good for me usually my pressure is very low 95/55 and I suffered some short blackouts in the past,My doctors changed around my meds and with dieting it's seems to be working out. I'm back to ref a game today feeling very good about running up and down the court, although I did have one collison it only reminded me to stay out of the way!
