I haven't been posting much on here because I'm now constantly on another app called twinbody but I'm still using fat secret to count my calories. So making up for lost time, here's a few of my meals from the past week or two :P The best of which was zoodles with a cauliflower based alfredo and some [imitation] crab. That and the taco-less taco salad that I made because I was craving refried beans. Happy to say that as of this morning I'm down a total of 24 lbs. Can't wait till I hit 216... That's both gonna be when I hit 30 down as well as when my BMI weep change from obese class 2 to obese class 1.

@Laudian nope! not keto.. I eat a lot of lean cuisines and the like which have plenty of rice and pasta. I'm still limiting carbs though, so there's not many carbs in the meals I actually cook
